66 Trains LLC | 66 Trains LLCRetail; Specialty Shop 66 Trains LLCWelcome to 66 Trains LLC, where the passion for model trains meets a lifelong dream. As proud owners, Ben and Beth VanHoose bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to this venture. Nestled in Kingman since 2008, Ben and Beth hail from the Midwest, with Ben originating from Indiana and Beth proudly representing Missouri - a fact that echoes in their spirited support for the Chiefs.
Ben, the charismatic face of 66 Trains, brings with him a remarkable background as a former railroad engineer and conductor, having worked with prestigious names like CSX, CNUR, Watco/Kansas City Terminal Railroad, and Patriot Rail/Kingman Terminal Railroad during his 15-year career. His love for model trains dates back to his early years, and 66 Trains is the culmination of a lifelong fascination with trains, both large and small. Ben is currently immersed in an HO scale layout at home, focusing on Nickel Plate and N&W in the 70s.
Beth, balancing her weekdays with employment at Kingman Unified School District, eagerly joins Ben at 66 Trains during the weekends. Despite her recent introduction to model railroading, Beth has embraced the hobby with passion. Her N scale layout is a tribute to the ATSF along Arizona's Route 66, capturing the essence of the 1950s and 60s. Outside the store, Beth is also engaged in selling vintage, antiques, and collectibles online. Together, Ben and Beth invite you to explore the world of HO and N Scale model trains and accessories at 66 Trains, where their love for the railroad and commitment to quality service converge.
