Submissions

All submissions are subject for review by a committee.
You will be notified by email if your application has been approved or denied.

If approved, you will be emailed an invoice which will be due one week prior to the event and further instructions regarding setup and take down of your booth.

If denied, we will inform you what changes need to be made and you will have the chance to resubmit the form.

Cancellations

No refunds will be provided for cancellations
Please call the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce 928-753-6253 if you need to cancel for any reason.

Weather

Weather - First Friday will go on, rain, wind or shine. (There will be no weather-related refunds). Please come prepared.
